Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

myLTSA and ParcelMap BC Availability This Weekend

Customers are advised there is a scheduled maintenance outage planned by DataBC this Saturday between 8:00pm and 11:00pm. While the myLTSA service is available during this time, certain functionality in the ParcelMap BC Search service may be affected. Online Cadastre will not be available.The myLTSA service—including ParcelMap BC Search—is expected to be available on Sunday between 6:00am and 11:00pm.System maintenance procedures that are typically scheduled for Sundays may not be required this week.
