[Resolved] System Alert: Scan on Demand (SOD) Delays —
RESOLVED 10 May 2021: The technical issue impacting Scan On Demand requests has been resolved. Some delays will continue today as we work to resolve the order backlog. Thank you for your patience.
Customers are advised that Scan on Demand (SOD) requests assigned to LTSA’s Kamloops or Victoria offices are currently on hold due to a technical issue. Delivery of these SOD requests will be delayed until the issue is resolved. SOD requests assigned to our New Westminster office are not affected.

System Alert: Duplicate Packages in myLTSA —
Customers are advised that an issue in Web Filling has caused duplicate land title documents to be generated in myLTSA. Duplicate documents will be remotely deleted by the system before end of day.
If you are uncertain if your document is a duplicate copy rather than the original, check the quality verification time stamp on the web form and execution copy match. myLTSA System Availability for March 7, 14 and 21, 2021 —
To ensure ongoing improvements to myLTSA performance, extended periods of system maintenance will affect myLTSA service availability on three upcoming Sundays: March 7, March 14 and March 21, 2021. System maintenance is expected to occur between 6:00am and 2:00pm on these dates, with myLTSA service resuming availability from 2:00pm to 11:00pm.
