SERVICE UPDATE: Access ePAY Agent Account Using Your Chrome or Firefox Browser —
The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) is introducing a new way to access your ePAY Agent Account, effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020.Registry Agents now have the ability to log in to their ePAY Agent account via the main login page using Chrome or Firefox when connected to an external internet connection. A connection on the LTSA network is no longer required for account access and we are working to provide availability through Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer browsers.This new functionality enables Registry Agents to access their scanned documents from an external connection rather than visiting a Land Title Office. Should you choose to continue your work at a Land Title Office, please ensure you have a fob and/or access pass to enter the building and the LTSA office.
