Land Title Scan on Demand Requests Now Being Processed Within One Business Day —

Current processing times for all Scan on Demand document and plan requests are now within one business day.Learn more about the Scan on Demand service. The fee for Scan on Demand consists of the $15.18 Retrieval of Images fee, plus the $35.00 Manual Location and Retrieval of Record fee, the myLTSA Enterprise service charge, and applicable taxes.
