Customers using myLTSA Enterprise may experience the following issues with title search and ParcelMap BC search services:Depending on the search criteria, title search functionality is working intermittently to generate search results. When searching for a title using Short Legal Description, please ensure the Land Title District is first specified.ParcelMap BC Search users are not able to select a parcel by clicking on the map. The temporary workaround is to use the Search by Shape (for map search) or by using one of the text inputs to initiate a search.Locate by Regional District and Locate by Municipality are not functioning. The temporary workaround is to make the Regional District and/or Municipality layers in the Administrative Boundaries visible and use a visual search to zoom into the desired location on the map.A service patch for these issues, except the Locate by Regional District and Locate by Municipality capabilities, is scheduled for implementation during the myLTSA maintenance window on Thursday, April 19. Customers will see improvements Friday morning, beginning at 6am PDT. Thank you for your patience in the interim and we apologize for any inconvenience.myLTSA users should also be aware that they may be presented with a reCAPTCHA request when performing title searches in the myLTSA portal.
