Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

System Alert: ParcelMap Search Services (PMSS)

Customers are advised there is an issue affecting the ParcelMap Search Services (PMSS) Preview Plan and Request Plan (plan ordering) functions. All other PMSS features remain unaffected. The cause of the issue has been isolated and is expected to be fixed this evening. Customers looking to order or preview a survey plan may use the “Request All Plans” function in PMSS, the text-based myLTSA Plan search tools or contact myLTSA Technical Support: ltsa.ca/contact-us/.
