LTSA runs live, one-hour webinars designed for legal professionals who prepare and submit land title applications. Participants learn best practices for completing packages and gain insights into how LTSA receives, processes and registers applications. These sessions are open to all LTSA customers interested in expanding their knowledge of land titles and related processes.
Webinars are complimentary and are often eligible for continuing education credits.

Strata Plan Amendments Part B
In this third session, we dig into:
- subdivision of common property
- amending a strata plan to make land held by the strata corporation into a new strata lot.
This session builds on our second session -Strata Plan Basic Amendments Part A- where we discussed limited common property, designation and removal; amendments to add, consolidate or divide a strata lot; and, amendments to add a strata lot to common property.
Between these two sessions all sections of the Strata Property Act related to amending a strata plan will be covered.

Strata Plan Types
In this fourth session, we will review a number of strata plan types:
- bare land
- phased
- leasehold
We will discuss the essential elements of a bare land strata plan and what examiners look for when reviewing these applications. Additional requirements related to phased developments and leasehold strata plans will also be covered. This session builds on Part 1 Strata Plan of a Building.

Strata Plan Cancellation and Winding Up of a Strata Corporation
Join us for the fifth and final webinar where we’ll focus on strata plan cancellation and the winding up of a strata corporation. This session will walk you through best practices for voluntary winding up—both with and without a liquidator—as well as the process for court‑ordered winding up. We’ll also explore key title considerations you need to be aware of.
