The Director of Land Titles has published new versions of the E-filing Directions and Supporting Documents for Electronic Applications as described below:
E-filing Directions
Added directions for members of the public on preparing and submitting:
- public filing forms
- supporting documents,
- authority to electronically sign and
- documents that must be certified
Supporting Documents for Electronic Applications
- Added scanning requirements for preparing and submitting supporting documents with Public Filing Forms
- Added two Public Filing Forms where a supporting document is attached: Change of Name and Transmission to Surviving Joint Tenant
- Added direction that an affidavit under section 49 of the Land Title Act must be described in a declaration and not attached to a declaration
