Rate Change for City of Surrey Tax Certificates

Tax certificates fees for the City of Surrey have changed effective May 10, 2024.

The fee as at May 10 is $126.80. The Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) service provides myLTSA Enterprise customers with access to municipal tax certificates from participating cities, towns and villages in British Columbia. Tax certificates can be ordered using the Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) service accessed on myLTSA Enterprise under the Service Providers menu. TCOL is operated by Access Point Information Canada (APIC).
