As part of LTSA’s commitment to providing ongoing improvements, changes to LTSA account will roll out over the coming months starting in January.
Enterprise (multi-user customers)
Multi-user customers will benefit from an upgraded Inbox design and layout including a new envelope icon noting number of unread emails and a button to access advanced search. For account managers, customer-friendly enhancements include easy to access buttons for common tasks such as resetting passwords. Subsequent releases will see additional pages across the system transition to the new design.
Explorer (single-user customers)
For single-user customers, enhancements include a new envelope icon noting number of unread emails, detailed billing information, and order history accessible in an upgraded Inbox where historic orders can be viewed.
Over the last year, LTSA has progressively refreshed page layouts and added functionality focused on streamlined workflows, customer-friendly design, and improved navigation. The system is now mobile friendly.
