As part of ongoing system enhancements to improve turnaround times, LTSA has expanded automated processing to include Statutory Right of Way Plans submitted without accompanying documents.
These plans are now processed using the same streamlined system as Posting Plans, typically resulting in finalization within 48 hours of submission (excluding weekends and holidays).
Key Details:
- Eligible plans: Statutory Right of Way Plans filed without accompanying documents.
- Processing time: Generally finalized within 48 hours of submission.
- Alterations: Can only be made while the plan is pending—within the 48-hour window.
- If the plan is assigned to an examiner, alterations may only be submitted after a Notice Declining to Register is issued.
