The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) maintains LandTransparency.ca, a resource for information about the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR). The site currently outlines key topics about LOTR including filing requirements and access to registry information, policy guidance, system tutorials for how to file and links to access its governing legislation and interpretations.
To better streamline the customer experience, content from LandTransparency.ca will be moved to LTSA.ca and our dedicated help website, help.ltsa.ca as of March 31, 2026. The existing LandTransparency.ca website URL will be retired in April 2026.
This new structure will improve the clarity and organization of information available from LTSA. Regular visitors to the LandTransparency.ca can be assured we will redirect frequently used webpages to their new locations. We encourage customers to update their bookmarks as required.
There are no impacts to LTSA accounts or other LTSA website content.
