As part of LTSA’s commitment to providing ongoing improvements, changes to LTSA account will continue to roll out over the coming months. The updated design will be implemented across Land Owner Transparency Registry(LTSA), Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR) and select search pages. The new design will co-exist with the legacy layout.
New functions include hover-over tool tips on icons for quick guidance and a ‘mark all as read’ option in the Inbox to help manage messages more efficiently.
Customers are reminded that archived material is found in Order History and not in the recently released Inbox which is intended for current items only.
