The New Westminster office of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC is temporarily closed due to water damage from a flood that occurred on the weekend. The closure is effective Monday, August 24, 2026 and is expected to extend to Friday, August 28 depending on restoration progress.
Most LTSA services, including title search and public filing submissions, can be accessed online at LTSA.ca. Alternatively, property owners and other members of the public can use the services of a legal professional to file applications to the land title office.
Scan on Demand services may be delayed due to limited access to certain records. LTSA’s records vaults are designed to mitigate damage to records and an assessment is currently underway.
