Effective October 30, LTSA will be introducing a number of domain changes to ParcelMap BC for currency, accuracy and consistency. These changes will primarily impact local government, The Province (Data BC), and First Nations using ParcelMap BC Direct products (PMD).
PMBC_Municipality
The municipality domain includes all municipalities (164) in the Province of BC. A new municipality (District of Okanagan Falls) will be incorporated on November 6, 2026 and its spatial representation will be effective of that date. This domain is applied against the Municipality field in the Parcel Polygon, Shared Geometry, Shared Geometry Real-World Changes, Parcel Polygon Real-World Changes tables.

PMBC_PlanType
The Plan Type domain will have the addition of a Land Title Act Statutory Right of Way plan type named LTA-SRW-Sec-114. This domain is applied against the PlanType field in the Plans and Plans Real-World Changes tables.

PMBC_ControlCondition
The Control Condition will be updated to match the codes and description from the GeoNet LookUp page. The domain is applied against the Condition field in the Control Point table.
