The Director of Land Titles has updated the Form 17 Help Guide  to better assist customers with land title submissions. Updates include:

  • Updated scanning requirements for supporting documents
  • Updated the supporting document requirement for cancelling registration of reserve land
  • Removed the following natures of interest:
    • Mountain Resort Improvement District Establishment
    • Resort Associations Act Area Establishment
    • Mountain Resort Improvement District Dissolved
    • Resort Association Act Area Dissolved
