As part of LTSA’s commitment to providing ongoing improvements, customers will notice changes to their LTSA account over the coming months. An updated design, previously introduced for the sign in page, will be implemented across other pages. During this phased transition, the new design will co-exist with the legacy layout.
Customers with access to account and payment services will see improved functionality for simpler set up and management. All customers will be able to change their passwords, multi-factor authentication settings and forwarding options.
With changes based on customer feedback, these and future updates aim to deliver a modernized and streamlined online experience.
