Customers are advised that the fees for eStrataHub and Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) are increasing effective November 10, 2023.
EStrataHub and TCOL services are operated by Dye & Durham. EStrataHub provides the ability to order property documents and TCOL provides access to municipal tax certificates (TCOL) from participating cities, towns and villages in British Columbia. A list of current TCOL fees is available at https://ltsa.ca/fees
