Many ministries and agencies of the Provincial Government search records and submit applications to the land title office for registration, and rely on the LTSA's data.

The LTSA provides access to myLTSA Enterprise for provincial government employees to search records and file applications to the LTSA.

Eligible provincial government employees are invited to become members of the LTSA’s Authorized Subscriber Register which authorizes them to electronically sign forms commonly submitted to the land title office by the provincial government.

The LTSA also collaborates with the Province on other matters of mutual public interest, and supplies legislative and policy advice in support of the Province's policy objectives. The Province provides input to the LTSA through the Stakeholder Advisory Committee, and nominates two directors to the LTSA Board of Directors.
