Effective June 12, a generic Provincial Government Notice nature of interest (NOI) on the Form 17 Charge will be available to apply for provincial government notices, and a generic Provincial Government Notice NOI on the Form 17 Cancellation will be available to apply for cancellations of provincial government notices. The introduction of these generic NOIs will result in a single NOI for any Provincial legislation that authorizes an application to land titles for a form of provincial government notice.
