The Administrator, Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) has published updates to the Administrator’s Requirements for Filing and Applications as described below:

- Amended to authorize designated professionals to certify forms using member credentials.
- Updated s. 2.2.9 (b) to clarify retention requirements for transparency reports submitted under ss. 15.1 and 15.2 of LOTA.
- Updated links to filing guides and references to LTSA accounts.
LOTR was established in support of the Province’s comprehensive plan for eliminating hidden ownership of real estate in BC. The Land Title and Survey Authority of BC is responsible for developing and operating LOTR as set out in the Land Owner Transparency Act .
