Effective March 16, several enhancements to LTSA account are now live. They include:
- Standard phone number (nnn-nnn-nnnn) and email address (test@test.domain) formats for Surveyor General Web Filing forms for improved consistency.
- Natures of Interest (NOI) requirement before e-signing a Form 17 (Fee Simple), Strata Property Act Filing or Local Government Filing Form. An alert will prompt customers to provide the missing information.
These changes support efforts to minimize turn around times, prevent defects and help customers prepare registrable submissions.
