Account administrators can now unlock and reset passwords for users in their account who do not complete the LTSA account activation within the 36-hour activation window. Previously, these accounts required assistance from LTSA Technical Support to be reactivated. With this enhancement, administrators can restore access directly, giving another opportunity to complete account activation within 60 minutes.

LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters in Victoria, New Westminster and Kamloops are open by appointment only. Customers can contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) to book an in-person visit.
