Effective August 7, land surveyors will be able to change the plan type, by creating a new variation marked as an alteration, in order to resubmit plan variations that have been defected due to an incorrect plan type. In addition, the Application to Deposit Plan (DSPL) and Survey Plan Certification (SPC) files can now optionally be renamed prior to download. These and other ongoing enhancements are designed to improve and streamline the plan preparation and filing experience.
