As previously announced in March and in June, changes to select Web Filing forms are now live. In support, the Director of Land Titles has updated several Web Filing Form Practice Guides.
The following practice guides no longer include the Part 2 or Informational Documents section:
- Claim of Lien (Builders Lien Act)
- Freehold Transfer (Form A)
- Form B (Mortgage)
- Form C (Charge)
- Form C Charge (Priority Agreement)
- Form C (Release)
- Local Government Filing Form
Additional updates include:
- Form B (Mortgage): Removed references to informational document
- Form C (Charge): Removed references to informational documents and added link to the Form Declaration Practice Guide
- Freehold Transfer (Form A): Added a related Practice Guide section
- Form C Charge (Priority Agreement), Form C (Release), and Local Government Filing Form: Added a link to the Form Declaration Practice Guide.
These and other ongoing refinements increase accuracy and efficiency.
