Effective March 1, 2024, LTSA is requiring the use of Version 23 of the CLRS form.
This new version renames the “Oil and Gas Activities Act” plan type choice to “Well Site Survey” and replaces the Agency selection of “Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation” with “First Nations Land Transfers Branch – WLRS” to reflect changes in the Provincial Government.
In alignment with this update, Surveyor General Practice Bulletin #2 has also been updated. This practice bulletin update adds CLRS form version 23 and retires CLRS form versions 21 and 22.
