Effective August 7, myLTSA submissions will accept two new supporting documents filed with nature of interest Provincial Government Notice on the Form 17 Charge, Notation or Filing. The supporting documents, registered as legal notations, are:
- Notice of Natural Area Exemption Certificate – s 49.8(3) of the Island Trust Act
- Notice of Designation Order – s 101.3 of the School Act
Review the Electronic Form 17 Help Guide, updated to include a more general nature of interest Provincial Government Notice which enables the submission of supporting documents under various, applicable provincial statutes. The Form 17 Charge, Notation or Filing and Form 17 Release of Charge, Notation or Filing were updated with this new nature of interest on June 12.
Additional system enhancements include:
- A new error message on a Form C Charge when standard charge terms are entered without “ST”
- Search functionality improvements
These enhancements will assist customers in preparing registrable submissions.
