Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

Online Filing of Change of Mailing Address on Title for BC Property Owners Now Live

Effective today, BC property owners can update the mailing address on a title using a new online application. The mailing address on a title is where information about a property may be sent, such as assessment, property tax and speculation tax notices.

As announced on June 27, applicants will be invited to use their BC Services Card app to verify their identity, and to sign into the online application. The option to mail or deliver an application in person will continue to be available.

Registry Agents and other professionals are advised that the WX prefix will be adopted for Change of Mailing Address on Title applications received online from the public, and the BB prefix will be used for mail applications. FB, LB and BB prefixes will continue to be used for in-person applications.
