Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register

LTSA administers the online Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR), a first-of-its-kind registry that tracks the re-sale of residential condo and strata lots in BC, including both pre-sale and completed lots.

CSAIR is one way the Province is keeping the real property market in BC transparent and fair, ensuring people who assign condos will pay the appropriate income tax, capital gains and property transfer tax on their transaction.
