Tax certificate fees for a number of municipalities have changed, effective January 18, 2023.
The fees have increased per the table below:

| City of Richmond | $73.34 |
Tax certificates can be ordered using the Tax Certificates Online (TCOL) service accessed on myLTSA Enterprise under the Service Providers menu. TCOL is operated by Access Point Information Canada (APIC).
