LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters in Victoria, New Westminster and Kamloops are open by appointment only. Customers can contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) to book an in-person visit.
As previously announced, effective March 3, a new stand-alone Form C Charge (Priority Agreement) with Standardized Part 2 Terms is available for Priority Agreement applications. This enhanced form expands on the Standardized Part 2 Terms currently included for Transfer of Charge and Assignment of Rents.
