Claim of Builders Lien Online Application Now Available

File a Claim of Builders Lien application online at ltsa.ca/FileCBL. The new online application includes the option to easily prepopulate key information. LTSA encourages customers to use the online form to submit an application online, by mail or in person.

System Enhancement to Transmission to Surviving Joint Tenant application

Coming soon, the Transmission to Surviving Joint Tenant application by a legal professional (Form 17 Fee Simple) will have a new drop down menu from which to chose supporting evidence types prior to uploading attachments. Providing a list of approved document types will assist customers upload the correct supporting evidence, leading to reduced defects and quicker turnaround times.  To assist with applications (prior to e-signing) with previously attached documents, helpful text will guide customers to delete and upload attachments under the new system.

A similar system enhancement will be rolled out to the Judgement Nature of Interest later this year.
