As previously announced, the system enhancement for the Transmission to Surviving Joint Tenant application by a legal professional (Form 17 Fee Simple) is now live. Providing a drop-down list of approved document types from which to choose will assist customers upload the correct supporting evidence, leading to reduced defects and quicker turnaround times. To assist with applications (prior to e-signing) with previously attached documents, helpful contextual text will guide customers to delete and upload attachments under the new system.
