Registry Agents and other professionals are advised that the HB prefix has been adopted starting April 18, 2023, for Change of Mailing Address and Claim of Builders Lien applications filed online by the public.
The WX prefix has been reassigned for use for mail applications. FB, LB and BB prefixes will continue to be used for in-person applications.
