The Director of Land Titles has updated the E-filing Directions and the Electronic Form 17 Help Guide.
The following documents have been updated as described:
- E-filing Directions have been updated to remove the exemption to required e-filing for Provincial government and local government with populations under 5000.
- This guide has been updated to remove “court certified copy” as a requirement of a certificate of divorce when cancelling a Land Spouse Protection Act Charge.
