Starting in October and rolled out over the coming months, customers will notice changes to their LTSA account. An updated design, previously introduced for the sign in page, will be implemented across other pages. During this phased transition, the new design will co-exist with the legacy layout.
LTSA account customers with access to account and payment services will see improved functionality for simpler set up and management. All customers will be able to change their passwords, multi-factor authentication settings and forwarding options.
