As previously announced, Version 35 of the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Return is now in effect.
Web Filing versions of the PTT Return electronically signed before November 7 will be accepted until November 20. PTT Returns not electronically signed prior to November 7 will automatically transition to Version 35.
