We Are Listening – LTSA 2022 Survey

The Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA) will be inviting randomly selected customers and stakeholders over the next few weeks to share their feedback about working with us. We are conducting this research in collaboration with Sentis Market Research and expect to share the results by the end of this year.

As a customer-centric organization, the LTSA Relationship Health Survey is one of several means the LTSA uses to achieve accountability and ensure our business continually delivers value. This survey measures our customers’ satisfaction with LTSA services and how well we fulfill our promise as a trusted source of property information.

LTSA thanks all customers in advance for their participation. Learn more about the 2021 survey results and our progress on Stakeholder and Customer Objectives in 2021.
