This year, LTSA introduced significant improvements to LTSA services, delivering a more modern, streamlined experience for all our customers.
Modernized LTSA account
LTSA accounts (both Enterprise and Explorer) now offers a refreshed design and enhanced functionality. The updated lay out provides a cleaner, more intuitive experience. Single-user (Explorer) customers can sign in with a BC Services Card and access features previously available to Enterprise customers, such as searching for up to 20 properties (PIDs) at once, and unlimited search orders. LTSA account (Enterprise) customers managing account and payment services benefit from improved tools for simpler set up and administration. All customers can conveniently manage their passwords, multi-factor authentication settings and forwarding options.
Enhancements to Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR)
The Condo and Strata Assignment Integrity Register (CSAIR) has been upgraded to allow customers to access new features such as correcting errors in previously filed assignments and filing missed assignments after a reporting period has closed. In addition, the appearance has been redesigned for a streamlined experience.
Adoption of SurveyHub
SurveyHub, our pre-submission workspace for land surveyors continues to gain traction. It enables land surveyors to prepare and assemble survey plans electronically in one place. With several offline forms retired or in the process of being phased out, SurveyHub is paving the way for a fully integrated survey plan submission workflow.
Introducing the Verified Transaction
Working collaboratively with industry, LTSA is leading the digital transformation of real estate transactions, focused on modernizing the property transfer process while enhancing trust and security.
This year, LTSA will be launching a new online service for property owners. BC Property Connect will allow property owners to securely access property-related updates, alerts and deadline reminders, all in one centralized, account.
In addition to working with property owners, LTSA is updating the process to confirm identity and accreditation for professionals who facilitate property transactions for property owners. Beginning with lawyers, an upgraded digital credential issued by their regulatory body will confirm professional accreditation and ID. This program will be expanded to other professions in subsequent phases.
Commitment to customer support and education
LTSA remains dedicated to supporting customer knowledge, reducing filing errors, and providing help through comprehesiveonline resources. This year, LTSA launched a multi-part educational series on Strata Plans drawing hundreds of participants. The annual Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) webinar kept customers appraised of the latest filing requirements and ongoing obligations. Webinars on filing tips were augmented with posts on how to optimize applications which were shared throughout the year.

Through continuous improvements—modernized workflows, expanded functionality, and accessible education and support—LTSA is committed to equipping customers with the tools and knowledge to prepare and file efficiently, accurately and securely. We look forward to building on this progress in the year ahead and thank you for your continued trust and partnership.
