Director of Land Titles Updates Form 17 Help Guide

The Director of Land Titles has updated the Form 17 Help Guide  to better assist customers with land title submissions. Updates include:

1. Clarification on the Form 17 Charge, Notation or Filing to specify that a property transfer tax form isn’t required for change of name due to amalgamation of companies.
