Effective November 1, 2023, the Identity Verification Service currently offered in myLTSA will be retired. Please submit any requests prior to the 5pm deadline on November 1 to ensure your transaction is completed.
While the existing Identity Verification Service is being retired, LTSA is exploring alternative identity verification options to support Know Your Client protocols. We look forward to sharing details in the coming months.
