As previously announced, Version 36 of the Property Transfer Tax (PTT) Return is now in effect.
Web Filing versions of the PTT Return electronically signed before December 11 will be accepted until December 18 (11:59am, Dec 17). PTT Returns not electronically signed prior to December 11 will automatically transition to Version 36.
