Looking for ways to help complete land title transactions more easily and accurately? To ensure your submissions are processed without delay, LTSA recommends the following customer practices that may reduce manual intervention and support faster, automated processing times:
Reducing Unnecessary Attachments in Amalgamation Filings
LTSA often receives applications involving amalgamated BC companies with attachments such as a Certificate of Amalgamation or Certificate of Registration.
- These attachments are not required, as the LTSA system can verify corporate status directly using the BC Corporate Registry.
- When documents are attached, the LTSA system may flag the application for additional review — delaying registration.
Ensuring that only required attachments are submitted with your applications will support faster, automated outcomes.
