LTSA’s Land Title Office front counters in Victoria, New Westminster and Kamloops are open by appointment only. Customers can contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-877-577-LTSA (5872) to book an in-person visit.
Customers are advised the myLTSA system will be available on Saturday, November 28 from 6:00am to 8:00pm.
An extended system maintenance window will then be in effect from 8:00pm onwards, for the remainder of Saturday, November 28 as well as Sunday, November 29 in order to activate the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) system.
