Utilities, telecommunications, and oil and gas companies conduct title and plan searches and submit applications such as statutory rights of way to the land title office.

The LTSA provides right of way holders with access to myLTSA Enterprise to search records and file applications to the LTSA.

Right of way holders can also benefit from ParcelMap BC, the current, complete and trusted electronic map of active titled parcels and surveyed provincial Crown land parcels in BC. ParcelMap BC is a ready-built foundation for land information that is automatically maintained and updated with current information and requires minimal training to implement. 

ParcelMap BC can be accessed in a number of ways, and is available for adoption with support from the Integrated Cadastral Information Society. Learn more about its adoption and participating stakeholders.

Eligible commissioners employed within public utility, telecommunications and oil and gas companies are invited to become members of the LTSA’s Authorized Subscriber Register which authorizes them to electronically sign forms commonly submitted to the land title office by right of way holders.
