Beginning September 30, customers will notice changes to CSAIR within their LTSA account.
Under the requirements of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act and the Real Estate Development Marketing Regulation (as amended effective September 30, 2025), users will be able to access new features, such as:
- Correct mistakes in previously filed assignments. Filing a Corrected Assignment Report will be offered free of charge.
- File missed assignments in a previously closed reporting period. The normal assignment fee for each missed assignment will still apply.
- Additional and new field level help content is now available.
The appearance of CSAIR will also be upgraded for a more streamlined and efficient user experience.
- All closed reporting period headings will include a count of the originally filed assignments and any missed assignments for that reporting period and an “Action Required” message if applicable.
- Closed reporting periods will include the user’s “Original Assignment Report”, with a summary of any filed assignments.
- When the user corrects a previously filed assignment, they will see a new type of report bucket called “Corrected Assignment Report”
- When the user adds a missed assignment, they will see a new type of report bucket called “Missed Assignment Report”
Although these enhancements bring new improvements, existing system functionality will remain unaffected.
