Effective June 28, the offline version of the Survey Plan Certification (SPC) form (v20), and all previous versions, are now retired. The Director of Land Titles requires the use of the SPC form exclusively available in SurveyHub. Please review workflows and delete downloaded empty templates and partially completed but still unsigned offline SPC forms.
Offline SPC forms versions 14, 15, 18 and 20 signed prior to this deadline will still be accepted.
While the offline version of the DSPL (Application to Deposit Plan) is not being retired at this time legal professionals are encouraged to use the DSPL generated in SurveyHub by land surveyors and benefit from error-checking (validation) and other features intended to help reduce errors and support package registrability.
