Customers who submit a selection of Web Filing forms may soon notice a change in their LTSA account.
- The option to upload informational documents will be retired from Form A (Freehold Transfer), Form C (Release), Form CBL (Claim of Builders Lien), and Local Government Filing Form, as these forms do not require informational documents. A Form Declaration should be used when support material is required.
- On Form B (Mortgage) and Form C (Charge), the section header will be updated to Part 2, accurately reflecting its purpose. Part 2 will continue to be where terms are uploaded.
- For Form C Charge (Priority Agreement), the Part 2 Informational Document section header will be removed. The form will continue to automatically create and attach standardized Part 2 terms. Any additional terms will continue to be entered in the Terms of Interest field.
These improvements are part of LTSA’s ongoing streamlining efforts to minimize turnaround times, prevent defects and provide customers with the information and tools to prepare registrable submissions.
