LTSA Phone Support Hours Changing Effective July 24

Beginning July 24, 2023, LTSA phone support hours for general inquiries and business professionals will change to 9:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday. The phone support hours for myLTSA Technical Support will be unchanged, available 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

This adjustment to phone support hours enables LTSA to provide augmented support to related customer areas such as online inquiries and examination services to better support our customer’s needs. Customers are encouraged to use online resources or submit an online request.
