To change the mailing address on title.

Steps to Apply at a Land Title Office Counter or by Mail

  1. A duly-completed FileForm 15 or filing letter. If submitting a letter, please include the following:
    1. Full legal names of all owners, exactly as they appear on title, who are changing the mailing address.
    2. Complete legal description and the nine-digit Parcel Identifier Number (PID), which can be searched for by using BC Assessment’s e-valueBC website or it can be found on your property tax assessment notice for the land.
    3. Signature of all owners who are changing their address and the date that the application was signed.
  2. There is no fee to file a change of address.
  3. If you require confirmation of registration, please complete a PDF iconRequest Form for State of Title Certificate and for each title include payment of $14.31 for the Certification fee.

  • Submit the completed form(s) to the land title office.
  • Hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday 
  • Payment is by debit, Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order
  • Cash is not accepted

By Mail

  • Fees are payable in Canadian funds by cheque or money order payable to: Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia
  • Do not mail cash
